Claims or Damage:
- Any claim should be informed within 72 hours after delivery. Claims made after 72 hours will not be honored and you will have to pay the Invoice Value.
- Please keep boxes and all packaging material.Pictures may be requested. Only credit notes are issued for damaged or missing products.
- All credits will be forwarded to the customer account not towards any credit card.
Return & Exchange of Merchandise:
- Returns have to be pre-authorized within 10 days from the receipt of goods to you.
- Customers have to cover the shipping fees after 10 days to return items. This cost is non-refundable.
- 20% restocking fees would be on all returns after 10days.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of package.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with prior approval. Items should be in their original condition.
